What is the fastest way to train invention in rs3? ›

Combat is the fastest repeatable method to level Invention. Players should equip a full set of augmented gear when training combat. This includes an augmented main hand weapon, augmented off-hand weapon if applicable, augmented body, and augmented legs.

It is made by adding mycelial webbing to a super invention potion, requiring level 95 Herblore. When a player drinks the potion, they will get an Invention boost based on their level, up to a +17 boost at level 52. After the 6 minutes have passed, the boost will reset to the base level.

Invention potions are potions that boost your Invention level by 3. A Herblore level of 77 is required to make the potion – the ingredients are clean snapdragon and Chinchompa residue. It grants 175 experience once made.

It cannot be used for any combat skills except the non-combat aspects of Magic. It cannot be used for Woodcutting, Fishing, Mining, Hunter, Thieving, Firemaking, Agility, Summoning, Divination, Dungeoneering, Invention or Archaeology.

Invention, an elite skill, allows players to get new materials by disassembling items. Players can use the materials to manufacture discoverable devices and augment some high-level armour, weapons, and tools with perks.

Swapping (if not linked to any other type of rule breaking) is not against the rules - however it does carry large risks. As a result we highly recommend that you don't attempt to 'swap.' There is no safe way to 'swap' and there are many things that can go wrong.

Combat. One of the fastest methods of training Invention is training augmented weapons and armour. If you plan to disassemble the augmented equipment, then it should be trained to level 10, as this maximises the amount of experience gained without wasting your time.

Making dragon darts is the fastest way to train Fletching, but at a high cost. Darts are made twice as fast as bolts and arrows. They are fletched in twenty sets of ten darts, at 25 experience per dart (250 base experience per tick, or 5,000 base experience per Make-X dialogue).

Completing the Waterfall Quest at level 1 Attack and Strength will instantly bring the player to level 30 in each. This quest has no requirements, making it the fastest way to train a brand new account to these levels, skipping much of the slow low-level training.
