JOB VACANCY - TAPROOM TEAM MEMBER (PART-TIME)
Wild Horse Brewing Co is an independent, rapidly growing business based in the seaside town of Llandudno on the North Wales coast. Now in our tenth year, our focus is on producing high quality, modern craft beer for drinkers across Wales, North West England and beyond.
We are currently looking for a talented individual to join the business as a part-time Taproom Team Member at our brand-new taproom spacenext to our established brewery in Llandudno. This is an exciting opportunity to join our taproom team and help us to deliver a unique beer centric experience to our customers.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional quality and customer service, and will enjoy working with great people, serving great beers and delivering a memorable customer experience.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE
• Serving customers with draught beers and other drinks to the highest of standards
• Dealing with customers in a friendly way and ensuring a great experience for our customers
• Operating our till system and entering orders accurately
• Promoting craft beer and the Wild Horse brand
• Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that there is a high standard of presentation
• Other taproom housekeeping and administrative duties as required
PERSON SPEC
The ideal candidate will:
• Have previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or similar job role
• Have strong customer service and people skills
• Be able to demonstrate an established interest and passion for great local producers and brands
• Take an organised, structured approach to work and demonstrate attention to detail
• Have strong communication skills, approaching work with honesty and integrity
• Have the ability to multi-task and manage challenging circ*mstances associated with a fast-paced and constantly evolving working environment
• Be IT literate, quickly able to learn how to use our in-house till system and other software as required
• Have a positive, proactive attitude towards work
• Have the right to live and work in the UK
Other ‘nice to haves’ include:
• Bar and cellar experience
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. cicerone, etc.)
• An interest in the creative side of craft beer, including contributing new beer ideas and label artwork concepts
• The ability to communicate in Welsh

WORKING HOURS
• 20 hours per week, Thursday to Saturday
• Typical shift pattern as follows:
oThursdays 6pm to 10:30pm
oFridays4pm to 10:30pm (30 mins for break)
oSaturdays 11:00am to 9pm(30 mins for break)
•Overtime may be available if desired (e.g. events, holiday cover, etc.)
PAY / BENEFITS
• £12 per hour
• Full-time equivalent of 5.6 weeks (28 days) holiday including bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year after 1 full holiday year is completed (to a maximum of 35 days / 7 weeks)
• Company pension contributions
• Staff uniform (t-shirts and hoodies) and any required PPE
• Staff kitchen and breakout area with locally roasted coffee and tea provided
• Team members with fixed hours contracts get:
o Generous Wild Horse beer allowance + staff discount
o Private medical insurance (after probationary period)
o Cycle to Work scheme (after probationary period)
o Paid training to support career development
