To start off, I'd like to mention that this guide is only for people who want to get to Eman 7 as easy and cheap as possible, therefore it won't be covering any in-depth strats, rcm mage, none of that. I will also be covering only T4 for now, as I believe that's where people struggle the most.
The following strat, items etc. are the exact same ones I used when going for Eman 7 and it was surprisingly easy, therefore I decided to try and make as simple as possible of a guide.
It will, for the most part, go through the gear and some tips for the fight, as well as a brief explanation of the boss fight.
Also, all prices listed are for a cheapest one of the items I mentioned (including all the enchants and upgrades) from AH as of making this post.
DISCLAIMER: I don't claim this being the best/easiest possible way, it's what worked for me and I think it could help others. There is a bunch of other guides, I strongly recommend looking into them, too. One if which is a very nicely, recently done one made by @Envercety (here).
ARMOR

- I opted in for one with 25k kills, Wisdom V and Ancient reforge and the basic stuff (other enchants, HPB).

WEAPONS
- Vorpal Katana
- Assuming you're already Eman 5 so can use it, get one of these with decent enchants (Swarm, Eslayer 6 etc.), as you will probably be upgrading it to Atomsplit anyway. This is only for T3s, kill those until you reach Eman 6, at which point you can do T4s. If you're not Eman 5, have a look at @Envercety 's guide mentioned above.

- If you have one, scrolled of course, this is the way to kill T3s or even T4s, but you might be running out of mana very often and melee T4 is way easier if you don't already have a good setup. I recommend getting one, as you should get it before term anyway, but it's not necessary).
- Not even gonna bring up the price, don't get it just because of this.
- Atomsplit Katana
- Once you reach Eman 6, this is the weapon the will ultimately get you to Eman 7.

UTILITY ITEMS
- Aspect of the Void
- Makes getting beacons easier, but is very useful in every aspect of the game, so get it if you don't have it already.
- Must have Ether Transmission.

- A nice healing item, definitely make sure to pick one up. use Ultimate Wise V of course.

- Overflux
- Is a must, makes everything way easier.
- You need Sven 7, so if you don't have that, just do it.
- Strongly recommend applying 10 Mana Disintegrators as it lowers the mana cost from 50% to 40%. Also apply a Jalapeno book for a lil bit of extra CC and CD.

- Reaper Scythe
- Used for summons, which help you get through the hits phase. Cop one with UW.
- Get 2 or 3 Tank Zombies from M3. If you have the cata req to enter the floor, kill them as mage with mage beam. If not, buy one with them in it already or ask a friend or someone.

- Wither Cloak Sword
- Just in case you can't reach the beacon. You should have a hotbar slot free anyway, so it's a handy safety measure.
- Get one with UW if struggling with mana.

- Used for mana drain with Mana Steal.
- Only if you have the fishing requirement and are running out of mana really fast, otherwise don't bother, it doesn't help that much.

- Has good overall stats, just use that. Use Strengthened.

- Is good for the extra bit of healing, but pricey with vitality.

- Get one with vitality for the most part. Vet/ender res for extra bit of combat xp/def.

- Mythic Enderman - I used it for both spawning and killing and it worked pretty well. Used a Tiger Plushie for the extra Attack speed so I'm at 100%. Can use bubblegum if you don't have enough mana to replace Overflux mid fight.

- Ender Dragon - Makes it easier, but very pricey. Up to you, I didn't bother because I didn't need it, even tho it would make the grind faster. Can have TB (Tier Boost) if u dont mind kb and dont need plushie/bubblegum.

TALISMANS
- I personally had ~550mp and it was enough to get me to do the bosses comfortably.
- I used itchy for the extra bit of AS, use tunings either for AS if no Tiger Plushie or CD/STR to balance it out a bit.
- Wasn't using Ender Artifact/Relic, so not needed.

OTHERS
- Can use Souflow Supercell (or any prior version of the talisman) for overflow mana, it's pretty handy if you run out easily.
- I'll bring up pet items again - I didn't use a shelmet and the KB was surprisingly very managable. Give it a shot before deciding on a Shelmet. The 35% AS I got from Plushie was very nice.
- I was around Combat 45 at the time, so I believe that's good enough, but obviously, the higher the better.
- Use mods for heads highlight and beacons highlight + timer.

THE BOSSFIGHT
- As the boss is spawning, you want to place down your Overflux and call out your summons while having the Atomsplit ability activated (you do not have to call them back after hits phase is done, the boss retreats them automatically. Also make sure to be a few blocks away from the boss when it's in hits phase, as it deals quite a bit of aoe damage).
- After hits phase is done, you just whack the boss with your Atomsplit while making sure you're crouched and have the Atomsplit ability active at all times. Ocasionally swap to your Wand of Atonement and use it for some passive healing.
- After that, the laser phase will be active, during which you just wait and dodge the lasers. You can now use Soul Whip pretty comfortably if you have it and need the extra mana.
- When the laser phase is done, you repeat step 2 until hits phase again. Then you just call out your summons just like in step 1.
- Later on in the fight, the boss will occasionally spawn heads that will deal damage if you're not looking at them, which is also the only way to destroy them. Try and position yourself so you're hitting the boss and looking at the heads at the same time.
- He will also start throwing beacons that you need to touch. If you don't and the timer expires, you get insta killed. Use Wither Cloak if it's in an odd spot and you can't get to it in time. Use the AOTV Ether Transmission to easily get to the beacon.
- Make sure you have your Overflux placed, as it really does help a ton with everything.
- While keeping all this in mind, whack the boss until it dies.
This is the exact thing I did and it was working out for me quite well. I was getting an average kill+spawn time of around 100 seconds, which is by no means good, but remember, we're only going for Eman 7 to get the requirement for Terminator.
(The setup I used would cost me 501m according to these prices. However, if I sold the items I exclusively got because of this slayer, so: FD Armor, Atomsplit, Reaper Scythe, Soul Whip and Mythic Enderman, it's only 199m and you can still sell the Overflux, which cuts it down to 55m, but Overflux is handy in general.)
